Role Call Rules

Objective

Earn points by correctly answering movie-related questions. The team with the highest score at the end of the game wins.

How to Play

1. Decide how many rounds you'll play, or set a target score for teams to reach.
2. Split players into two teams: Team 1 and Team 2.
3. Shuffle the trivia cards and place them in the center. Each team gets 5 hint cards.
4. Pick a host to ask the questions, or take turns with a different person from each team.
5. The host draws a card and reads it aloud to Team 1, starting with the title of the movie.

Scoring: Point values are printed on each card.

For "finish the line" questions, players don't need to recite the line word for word, but should aim to be close. Have fun with it and let the group decide if an answer is close enough.

Alternate Rules (Smaller Groups or Solo Play)

1. Shuffle the trivia cards and place them within reach of all players.
2. Pick a host to ask the questions for the whole game, or pass the host role to the last person to answer.
3. Set a 60-second timer. The host reads the questions aloud, and the player answers as many as they can before time runs out.
4. No hint cards in this version, but you can skip to the next question as many times as you like.
5. Place correct answers in a pile question side up. Place skipped questions in the same pile logo side up, so you can count points at the end.

Scoring

• Each correct answer: +2 points
• Each skip: -1 point
• The player with the most points wins.
